"Health back in your Hands"

What is Osteopathy?

It is the system of diagnosis and treatment which lays its main emphasis on the structural and mechanical problems of the body.

"The Osteopath is most concerned with the body's structure and how it is affecting its function."

Osteopathy is a system and philospohy of health care that separated from traditional (allopathic) medical practice about a century ago. It places emphasis on the musculoskeletal system, hence the name osteo refers to bone and path refers to disease. Our practitioners at Osteo-Clinic strongly believe in the healing power of the body and do their best to facilitate that strength.

What Is Cranial Osteopathy?

Cranial osteopathy is a form of treatment that encourages the release of strains and tensions that develop in the body. These strains can occur in all age groups from babies through to the elderly.

It is a gentle yet effective approach and may be used to treat a wide variety of conditions. Cranial osteopathy improves the patient's general well being thereby reducing stress, helping the patient to fight infections and speeding up recovery from accidents, illnesses or operations

What is Naturopathy?

Naturopathy is a therapy which seeks to promote health by stimulating and supporting the body's inherent powers for self-healing.

Why a Naturopathic Osteopath?

A naturopathic osteopath combines both therapies to give the patient the most effective treatment. It includes nutritional and dietetic advice, structural adjustments, hydrotherapy, acupuncture (dry-needling) and

guidelines on a healthy lifestyle.
